Anonymous Sensor data Gateway
The compact on-board unit ASG® (Anonymous Sensor data Gateway) transmits vehicle data (FCD - Floating Car Data), such as outside temperature, fuel consumption, warning lights and wipers, anonymously and in real time from the vehicle.

TrafficSoft®
TrafficSoft® is a centralized, flexible and scalable software platform which receives, processes and transmits (x)FCD in real time from any private motor vehicle.

In addition to the traffic management of vehicle sensor data in real time, TrafficSoft® is a flexible and scalable platform for integrating application-specific software modules that filter the data received in a target-oriented manner, processing and forwarding them to the respective customers. Furthermore, TrafficSoft® also represents an important service component with the aim of managing the on-board units in vehicles (ASG®s) and keeping the software version always up to date. In addition, (x)FCD of third parties, such as OEMs or navigation solution providers, can be integrated into the data stream.

Modular Digital Amplifier
The Modular Digital Amplifier is at the heart of the Digital Power Sound, a customizable modular construction system with power ratings from 2x135 W to 4x250 W RMS including appropriate speakers. This sound system offers a customized solution for each vehicle model.

The OEM is the specialist for the acoustics in the vehicle and not the supplier. Digital Power Sound is the premium sound system for each OEM. In order to promote a perfect OEM audio system, AUDIO MOBIL offers optical performance with a logo for the speaker grille, coloring of the components, indirect lighting of the individual parts and its own OEM branding.

MANIS
MANIS (Mobile Automotive Networking Infotainment System) is a compact control unit which solves infotainment generation problems during the series production duration of a new vehicle. MANIS replaces conventional infotainment hardware components (radio, navigation, DVD ...) with software products in one device.

ILR – Intelligentes Lenkrad
Intelligent Steering Wheel
The intelligent steering wheel combines instruments, buttons and levers to create a logical unit. All comfort, information and entertainment functions are displayed on a single screen.
- The driver can concentrate on the traffic situation. During operation, the driver's hands remain constantly in position on the steering wheel and his eyes do not need to focus on a multitude of instruments in the vehicle interior.
- Individual components are replaced with updatable software solutions for basic and infotainment functions and allow significant cost savings.
Thanks to the all-in-one concept of the ILR, much of the interior design can be decoupled from the operating concept. Costs incurred through the production and assembly of the car dashboard can therefore be significantly reduced.

AUDIO MOBIL is a corporate partner of the Christian Doppler Laboratory - Contextual Interfaces - Car Lab.
What is the motivation for studying interfaces in a vehicle? We are experiencing a shift in values towards greater environmental awareness, a strong engagement with specific user groups (e.g. elderly people) and the acceptance of new technologies as an essential parameter for future usage. Specific interaction approaches for special challenges when operating cars will become increasingly necessary. Road safety has much to do with simplicity and appropriateness of operation, as well as reduction of complexity.

The driver must be supported in the primary task of steering the vehicle, not through technical complexity, but through new operational concepts and approaches to dealing with this complexity. It is also important in this regard to achieve a far better use of human senses in order to reduce the complexity of interaction of only one sensory channel (the visual channel).

Loudspeakers
To save weight, AUDIO MOBIL designs electronic components often as supporting elements. AUDIO MOBIL’s extremely flat loudspeakers are amongst these electronic components: The speaker cage acts as a supporting body part. This makes weight savings of up to 65 % compared to conventional loudspeakers possible and leads to a higher stability. The high efficiency and carrying capacity provide unconfined listening pleasure in the vehicle.
e.flag – elektronische Fahne
AUDIO MOBIL pushes the creativity of its employees. Every idea is considered a potential innovation for the market. It was an employee’s idea that triggered the development of the electronic flag (e.flag). The e.flag is equipped with brightly shining LEDs which display logos, writing or flags in an original way: By waving the e.flag, pre-programmed designs seem to appear in mid-air – with the help of motion sensors. Up to 16 motives can be programmed individually and saved on the e.flag.
